Im a 28 year old girl from sweden, I have an IP-address, which I need to know who the user is. Can you help me with that?
Ive been searching online, on different search-engine for this matter, for example; Network-Tools, but it only shows that the user has the Internet-account at a swedish Network-company called Telia, and it also shows that the account is a bussiness-account. But I need to know the correct address? Is that possible?

ya, while chattin in yahoo messenger, go to start-run- type in cmd . u will get a black screen, just send him any file thru messenger, while sending,, type netstat-n in command prompt, u will get your ip followed by his, visit india, gods own country!!!!!!!!
